2. Technical Services

ValidMVPs provides fast-execution development services, MVP construction, and technical strategy for founders and startups. Our services are intended to help validate business ideas through functional software. The final responsibility for the business model and market validation remains with the client.

3. Accuracy of Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the STL files and patient data provided to us. We are not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate or low-quality digital impressions.

4. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ValidMVPs and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ValidMVPs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
